1. Admission and Enrollment

Admission is granted based on availability of seats, age criteria, and eligibility as per the guidelines set by the school and the respective education board.

Submission of false or misleading information during admission may lead to cancellation of admission without refund.

Parents must submit all required documents (birth certificate, transfer certificate, report cards, etc.) on time.
2. Attendance and Punctuality

A minimum of 85% attendance is mandatory for promotion to the next class.

Students must arrive on time and in proper uniform. Habitual lateness may lead to disciplinary action.

Absences must be informed in writing and supported by medical or valid documentation if prolonged.
3. Fees and Payment Policy

All school fees must be paid on or before the due dates as mentioned in the fee schedule.

Late payment may attract a penalty or suspension of school services.

Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases approved by the school management.
4. Student Conduct and Discipline

Students must maintain respectful behavior toward teachers, staff, peers, and school property.

Any form of bullying, misconduct, or violence will result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

Mobile phones or gadgets are not allowed unless specifically permitted for educational purposes.
5. Use of School Facilities

Students must use school infrastructure (labs, library, playgrounds) responsibly.

Any damage to property caused intentionally or through negligence must be compensated by the parent/guardian.
6. Digital Conduct and E-learning
-
Students using school’s digital platforms (e.g., online classes, portals) must follow online etiquette and avoid sharing login credentials.

Cyberbullying, inappropriate content sharing, or misuse of school resources will be strictly dealt with.
7. Health, Safety, and Emergencies

Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of admission and keep records updated.

In emergencies, the school will take appropriate action and inform the parents as soon as possible.

The school may administer first aid if needed.
8. Privacy and Media Consent

By enrolling your child, you consent to the use of photos or videos of your child for academic, cultural, or promotional purposes (e.g., newsletters, annual day programs), unless explicitly opted out in writing.
9. Withdrawal and Transfer

Written notice of at least 30 days must be given before withdrawal.

Transfer certificates will be issued only after all dues are cleared.
10. Changes to Terms
Siddhartha School reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the school website or circulars.
